Los Angeles Regional Collaborative (LARC)

  • Gathers research and creates social media materials pertaining to extreme heat/mitigation strategies for 11 weeks of climate and public health content in collaboration with the Los Angeles Department of Public Health

  • Handles a breadth of administrative duties, including: tracking state climate legislation, drafting newsletters, maintaining LARC’s website and social media accounts, developing marketing materials, supporting event planning and execution, member recruitment, tracking, and invoicing.

I was able to connect with a community of peacebuilding experts, mediators, spiritual leaders, and college students from across Northeast Asia interested in building peace and strengthening relationships between Asian countries with deep historical and social division.
